I have been using this product for almost a year. This product has been good so far, no concerns at all. It looks classy - black and silver contrast. My only negative feedback would be i have to be a little careful when pouring coffee. I have to press the top lid of carafe with my thumb to avoid a few drop to leak. Again you don't have to put pressure just a gentle thumb work much like as if you are avoiding the top of carafe from falling. Not sure if this is a general product problem or a problem with just what got delivered to me.No problems after a year of use and looks elegant, only compromise is little careful when pouring. I would recommend this product. Happy shopping!!!

The coffee maker is very nice, however the carafe leaks from between the glass and the plastic top I feel because of poor design. Had the unit 3 weeks and am going to return it. What a mess.
